Why am i hungry almost right after eating?

I am really Hungary I eat alot and I am skinny because of your digestive system do u poop alot if so that means is all normal if not get it check up I am 12 I eat like alot every one says I am like so skinny I weight about 70 pounds right now I am not kidding
