Question about my Prerequisites for the RN program?

I suggest you meet either with a school adviser or the adviser from the nursing dept. Since you only have taken 1 class, you can take any of the pre-reqs. But, you are not clear if you can get the RN without having the LVN first & it is not clear from the above. In any event you can take any of the ADN requirements or pre-reqs. Since you are a bit vague in your question though, I advise meeting with an adviser to map out a plan.
