I got caught shoplifting at 17, will it show up on my record when I apply for jobs?

I was really stupid then but I'm 18 now. I have to go to court on the 29th to get it completely off my record. It's the only crime I've done. But I'm about to get CNA this week. If I apply to CNA jobs do I have to tell them I got caught shoplifting??
